US warehouse move - FAQs

We’re moving! Our US warehouse is relocating as part of our continued growth. We’ve put together the FAQs below to answer common questions and help keep you informed while we get settled into our new home.

Our US warehouse is moving to a new location! During this time, we’ll pause order processing and shipping to make sure everything is ready for a smooth experience when we’re back.

We’re growing and leveling up! This new warehouse will help us serve our community better, with faster processing and a smoother overall experience for everyone.

Beginning on the 5th January, our U.S. site will temporarily pause order acceptance as we relocate our warehouse. Orders will resume once the move is complete

To allow enough time for transit, setup, and quality checks, we’re planning January 26th as our official relaunch date for U.S. shipping. If everything is ready sooner, we’ll reopen earlier and let customers know right away.

Not right now, unfortunately orders can’t be processed while we’re relocating. But don’t worry, once we’re settled, ordering will be back and better than ever. Meanwhile, you can still grab our products from our stockists

All orders placed before this cut-off will be processed and shipped as usual.

If anything unexpected arises, our customer service team will reach out to keep you informed.

Nope, this change only affects our US warehouse and US orders. International orders continue as normal.

If you need to make a return, please use our returns portal to generate your return. Using the portal helps ensure your return is routed correctly and processed as quickly as possible.

Regardless of when you return your order, rest assured it will make its way to us, and your refund will be processed as normal, with no impact from the warehouse move.
