I am highly sensitive to
"I am highly sensitive to wool itch. This shirt has one flaw, unlike the bottoms it is itchy enough to make me want to take it off. The bottoms don't have that issue in part because my legs aren't as sensitive to itch. Outside of that, this is the top I was looking for. A comfortable slim fit for a big guy with enough stretch to deal with a belly and full range of motion. Long enough not to leave a gap. Thumb holes (which I don't care about) that don't get in the way but still work if desired. This shirt makes me wish I didn't have so much sensitivity to wool. Even blends have significant itch for me ( sometimes worse ). This one was very close to being usable. Of all the brands and wools I have tried, nuyarn is my favorite. The natural stretch is better than any spandex I have experienced. Conforming but not overtly compressive. The way it manages moisture is exceptional. The dryer feeling it provides helps manage chaffe from moisture which is a key problem I experience. I wish I could reduce the itch a bit. I returned it because of that, but if I ever find a way to treat wool sufficiently for itch, I would buy several of these instantly."
